Replace dropdown <select>-s with search-enabled boxes

Selects in the toolbar should be replaced with search-enabled filter boxes.

Although the app is not very good at this, this should happen via Progressive Enhancement only, and should be easily disabled (via an URL-parameter, for example).

Also let's try to find a good library for this, instead of reinventing the wheel.
