[Proposal]: Better example publisher for contribution docs

Problem statement

The publisher used in the documentation about how to add a publisher doesn't use a summary or subheadlines. I think, the latest contributions kinda support my suspicion, this can be misleading at best.

Solution

I suggest replacing the currently used publisher LATimes with one that actually supports everything Fundus has to offer.

Draft

I would suggest using Reuters or The Intercept, or a german news paper.
