threshold for NER model

I can't seem to find a way to set a threshold for inference from a custom tuned FLERT NER model, or indeed even for the built in NER models. Looking at the source doesn't seem to help but I must be missing something very obvious. Hoping someone can point me to the right doc or code. Basically, I want to see spans that have scores above a certain threshold.
