Things I noticed while reading.

Not sure what the inner element should be called, but it needs a dash in it (since it's a custom element). Suggestions welcome, and I can update the PR if you have a suggestion.

Alternately we may want to use one of the techniques mentioned at the bottom of the OP in https://github.com/drufball/layered-apis/issues/2, e.g. <std-parallaxcontainer> + <std-parallax>, or <parallaxcontainer-> + <parallax->.
