DCC allows clients to share files over IRC. This could be used to share scripts and other useful files.

Display a drop-down prompt asking the user if they would like to accept the file.

This is an important feature, DCC CHAT is necessary to interact with many bots and DCC is needed for many irc services.

I have started a rewrite to a progressive web app in a branch, and I'll consider all of these votes for DCC for the PWA rewrite.
