Current track skipped on resume via app

Hi. Love your app. I think I've discovered a bug that's somewhat irritating. I have a folder with multiple audio files (ogg files I think). When I listen to some files over Bluetooth and pause the playback via lockscreen or the Bluetooth headphones control, the playback stops. All is fine. But sometimes when I want to resume the playback by unlocking the screen an pressing play inside the still active app, the current track is skipped and the next one starts to play. I'll try to reproduce the behaviour but it's not consistent. If I resume via headphones it plays on the right track. Now, is that intended behavior? I've tried different settings. I don't get the "duck audio" option, I couldn't make out a difference. I hope I was able to convey my problem. Thanks for reporting it. This is not intended behavior, unless the current track is finished and you have autoplay enabled. In that case, AudioAnchor should continue with the next file. Then however it should not make a difference whether you resume via headphones or in the app.

Do you have autoplay enabled? And what Android version are you using?

I'll see if I can reproduce the bug, but it's difficult to fix bugs that can't be triggered reliably.

The "duck audio" option is meant for a different scenario: If enabled, the playback continues on a lower volume when playback is interrupted for a short time, e.g. for an audio message from your navigator app or something of the sort. When it's disabled, the audio stops for the duration of the audio message.

Hi, I've autoplay enabled, also the option to play tracks from beginning on next or previous track. My android version is 11, and I'm running a custom rom (lineageos) without any google services, but I don't think this is the issue. I've observed this behavior a couple of times since reporting, and I'm guessing it has something to do with my system handling background processes. Last time it happened, I was listening to an audio file, then paused from the system's pull-down menu and opened another app. When I wanted to resume, I switched to AudioAnchor, which was still opened in the background, and pressed play. Right there in the middle of the track, it jumps to the next one while leaving the previous one marked as unfinished. I mean, it's just a tiny annoyance, but it always strikes me as a strange behavior. I hope it can be fixed, but if not, it's still a great app. Thanks
