App freezes when trying to play .m4a file

At first, I thought this was just #75, but alas, I couldn’t find any special characters that could cause it. It’s an audiobook, so I can’t link it, but I can send it if needed.

I don't think I ever received a file so if you can send one that would be great. The email address from above is still accurate.
