Add support for PACE and VKING BMS.

Hi, this is not a bug, but a feature request.

I am researching to buy a few more batteries to my system and would like BMS data to be logged in HA. A number of manufacturers use PACE BMS and some use VKING BMS, both of these BMS's both have Bluetooth and WiFi with touchscreen.

Is it possible to add support for these in this add on? (I think we could get technical info from the manufacturer of needed)
