Setup tutorial

Digital Ocean provide an extensive library of tutorials for the installation of many server programs on Linux and FreeBSD servers. I think it'd be great to offer one for how to set up php-remote-storage using best practices for PHP deployment and updates, as well as Let's Encrypt for HTTPS.

Also, they actually pay up to $200 per tutorial, so it's like a little freelance gig, benefitting the community as well as putting some food on the table. Sounds like a win-win to me. :)

I also want to make a https://dply.co/ script to deploy it in "one click" for testing purposes.
