House interior flickering

My house at postal 530 has the 3 level interior. On the middle floor there areas where you can stand and look where the furniture pieces you have placed and people standing will just vanish. When I first got the place I thought it was just my personal issue but when I had someone doing the interior decorating they were having problems placing items due to this. Wondering if there is any way to fix this?

This has been an annoying issue for a while, no idea what causes it. Previously people claimed this could be fixed by streaming an interiorproxies.meta but this isn't necessary anymore.
