[BUG]: New Phone/VOIP Issue?

Current Behavior

We had an issue last night where I was talking near another player who was live on Insta in the new phone. When the live ended, one of their viewers was able to hear only my voice no matter where either of us were in the city. This included normal proximity chat and radio comms. They were not near us when the person was live, they were watching the live from an alternate location. I wasn’t able to stick around to recreate the issue, but it was resolved with a relog.

Expected Behavior

When live videos end, all voices stop unless you are within normal proximity of another player.

Steps To Reproduce

Not entirely sure as it seems to be an anomaly. If further context helps, the live was done at Cluckin Bell and the viewer was at Burgershot, I believe.
