Water & Power Bug on 719 Mt Haan Dr

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

When there are 2 boxes that need to be fixed it gives you connection failed when opening 1 of the boxes.

Expected Behavior

I expect that when I open one of the boxes I wont get connection failed straight away before I can even try the puzzle.
