[BUG]: Cars go slower for no reason.

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

Usually when you go into your house, change outfit, crash the car a bit or just drive around for a few minutes your car starts driving slower then usual. The only fixes i have found to this is issue is to either restart your game or put the car into a garage and take it back out.

Expected Behavior

for it to not slow down.
