Current Behavior

So with the expansion of the map the drop off location isnt accessable due to the new structures in place. Specefically 171

Expected Behavior

To be able to complete the autotheft with an accessable drop of point.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Steal the car
2. Drive the Car to Drop off location
