[BUG]: Storage areas for food items inside of Restaurants

Current Behavior

Currently the Storage areas for food have been removed due to food now having decay

Expected Behavior

Storage areas to be changed in some way instead of being removed entirely such as making the food last much longer inside of these areas or simply allowing us to keep the storage areas and allowing us to figure out how much we should keep inside of it so we aren’t letting tons of food go to waste

I believe allowing restaurants to keep the areas to store food will be more beneficial then just simply not having an area to store food, Up-N-Atom for example would benefit much more by being able to keep the storage area due to the crimes/Rulebreaks etc as employees are killed and by only being able to hold food on themselves run the risk of losing it all, the argument that employees should only hold what’s necessary is an understandable argument however it takes quite some time to create 1 burger so when you multiply 1 burger by 5-15 people coming in at one time it adds up and causes Up-N-Atom to lose customers due to the long long wait.

Storage has been restored to both restaurants. Note there will be a change added to prevent the storage of non-food items, as this potentially could be misused to store weapons/other illegal items.

Need this for Hookies as well. Items also weight more then any other food items.
