Auto Theft Missions

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

Just noticed that sometimes the auto theft missions will either show the circle of the area the vehicle is in, or majority of the time it won't show but tells you to go to the area

Expected Behavior

Should show the circle up everytime you boot the mission up

Steps To Reproduce

Have no clue, noticed it started after the inventory wipe.
