[BUG]: <tattoos not saving>

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

Tattoo doesnt save when flying out. Sometimes it'll come back after a while and sometimes its just never there.

Expected Behavior

I expect my tatts to stay on forever. Doesnt make sense to put it on everytime.

Steps To Reproduce

Be able to keep tattoos while flying in and out
