[BUG]: Wall glitch at Sandy Shores Police Station. Can walk through the wall and get stuck.

Current Behavior

There is a wall around the back of Sandy Station (linking to the medical centre) that you can walk through and there is a bit that you walk through and can walk through the void and get out, or there seems to be another bit where you get stuck inside the wall.

Expected Behavior

You shouldn't be allowed to walk through a wall. Can hide inside it.

Steps To Reproduce

At Sandy Station, around the back of the building near the electrical box/wire gate around it, there is a wall that you can phase through.
