Current Behavior

the 611 dot text message and the dot location have 2 different times for my car to be released [

Expected Behavior

they should be the same

Steps To Reproduce

1.get car impounded 2. check 611 text 3. go to dot location

Anything else?

im almost certain these 2 times are different, hour 16 would be 4pm but at dot location it says 11. I apologize if im wrong and made this report for nothing lol
