[BUG]: Too much gas getting used

Current Behavior
The problem started on Friday where a bunch of the vehicles started using a lot more gas than normal. I drove from taxi depot to pillbox, and it used 5% of the gas. First I thought it might’ve been with the new taxi that got added, so I tried with all of them, and all of them had the same exact issues. I thought that it was only the taxi vehicles that had the issues, BUT I tried with several super cars, and got other people to try with their cars, and all of them had the same issue.
It might not be all cars, but majority of them are having the same issue.
Expected Behavior
The gas should not be going down that fast
Steps To Reproduce
I have had this issue with several vehicles, it happened with all the taxis, happened with my Ford GT and a few other cars I tested it on.
should be able to just spawn one of the cars and drive from one location to another to see how fast the gas gets used.
