Impound Date Incorrect
This has happened numerous times, however more so frequently where if a vehicle get's impounded for 0 time, the car get's impounded for time. Here's a clip and proof of logs:

As you can see the time and date was 07/08/2022 @ 23:04, however the expiration date is the 08/08 @ 00:01:52.

DOT Have always impounded for 0 time, with a base fee of 1K for illegally parked/abandoned vehicles for over a year and nobody has mentioned anything about not doing that.
I'm pretty sure the minimum impound time is supposed to be an hour, that might explain why the time defaults to a day if no time is provided. Even for illegal parking, the vehicle owner should still have to wait an hour minimum which is something tow companies require here, at least. This will be looked into when possible.
I mean, if that was the case then shouldn't it not allow you to impound it for 0 time, i.e come up with an error. It seems as though it's every now & then. Anyways; i've updated it so that illegally parked/ abandoned cars are now 1 hour & 1K base fee.
