Can't add mobile platform

When I try to add a new platform in the Microsoft dudett, I only get the choice of "Web" or "Native Application" and the authorization doesn't work with either. I'm probably just too stupid to handle the thing, but I don't know how to make it work.

Same issue, relativekllyew to the azure stuff I can't find out a way to get it working. Some guidance would be appreciated.
