Help with Indoor Unit: PVA-A36AA7 & Outdoor Unit: PUZ-A36NKA7

I have a Kumo connected indoor air handler and external heat pump. I'm happy to help. The first thing I've noticed is the plugin identifies the unit a ductless unit but that is not correct.
