Air purifier no response in homekit

I have two Blueair purifiers in my account, one is the 7440i and the other is the 5210. I selected US for the region in the settings and it can be added. Everything works fine when added to HomeKit, but after a few hours It becomes no responce in HomeKit, and then it stays in this unresponsive state forever. I live in China
