VMware Fusion 5.0.1 does not get resized properly

I don't have vmware fusion, so you might want to be more specific. ( I use virtual box) I assume it's because vmware tries to have the window size match the guest OS's resolution => xnomad and vmware end up fighting over the size, there's a similar issue with virtual box.

I'm not sure how to best address that
