Iterm and Parallels

With Iterm2 Menufella doesn't hide the menu.

With Parallels it doesn't let the menu come back.

I'm not working on menufela anymore, the extra menubar mavericks added for multi-monitor setups makes it too much of a pain

I get that. One day they'll release OSX 10.21 with Menu Hiding! as a headline feature.
