Removed http://people.mozilla.com/~jkew/woff/woff-code-latest.zip as this link went offline.

Added missing packages cmake, build-essential to make sfnt2woff / woff2sfnt compile again.

For sfnt2woff / woff2sfnt I needed to also make changes to this github repo for things to function again.

This resolves #72 and #63 (though the build then still does not work, but that is another issue I'll address in a different pr)

Could you comment on how you got around the remaining issues and got this to build?

Hi @brendanhoganvt, unfortunately I can't really remember what I did to make things work here. And at the moment I don't have a system that's running vagrant and can't look for myself. I switched to using Devicons (which are also not that well maintained unfortunately) instead. Maybe that's an option for you too.
