  1. Given importance of electoral college, added variables city and in particular state based on split of location. Now we can get aggregates on a state-level
  2. state has consistent naming: now both abbrev, one switched from full name. Ex: "North Carolina" vs "NC".
  3. Cleaned individual cases, New York vs New York City, and DC (as is often the case).

Hey Thank you for you interest I really need some help with hub was doing great a year ago then lost all most of my stuff in pc. But my hub was working great now starting over. do not know where to start
