unable to parse "checklist" newyorker article

Steps to reproduce: parse https://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2007/12/10/the-checklist expected: content parsed successfully actual: fails to make content readable

Using https://f43.me/feed/test, the "Body after Readability" step is essentially an empty HTML document. Setting prune and tidy to no with a custom site config doesn't change the result on the test page.
