Remove iTerm nightly applescripts

I'll be removing the iTerm nightly applescripts. At the moment iTerm nightly and stable applescripts are the same. I'll keep the declarations in shuttle, if this changes we can add them back in.

What will change mean: When you have iTerm nightly in your JSON file it will simply use iTerm stable apple scripts.
