There is no 'Configure' option

I just downloaded this to try out and there is no Configure option on the menu like the website suggests:

To configure the JSON file in the editor of your choice you would want to make sure you have this in your JSON file:

"editor": "VALUE", Possible values are default, nano, vi, vim or any terminal based editor. default opens settings.json in whatever app is registered as the default for extension .json

Then in the GUI you have Settings > edit See also https://github.com/fitztrev/shuttle/wiki/Global-Settings

Looks like this might just be that the website is out of date. I can edit the file using Settings > Edit

But I was confused because this is what it says on the website:
