Make "name" property of host object optional

I find that the command itself is all I need to identify it, so all my "hosts" entries have the same "name" and "cmd". I think it would be a good idea to make the "name" default to the "cmd" if "name" is not set.

P.S. I am finding this useful for conveniently running other frequently used commands, besides ssh.
