Clockwork now includes native support

Hey, Clockwork just received native support for this feature in v1.12, maybe this should be mentioned in the readme.

Thanks for inspiring me to finally implement this, was on the todo list far too long. (And sorry for making your library a little bit less useful by doing so.)
