Conflict with a Chrome Extension - Dark Reader

On https://iced.rs I noticed that Dark Reader, the Chrome Extension, is interfering with the virtual DOM rendering.

Normally I would describe this as an edge case, but as you can see, it has 2 million users.

This occurs in Chrome and Vivaldi on MacOS.
