SmartThings Edge compatibility

I just purchased an LG Washer and Dryer and found this integration. It looks amazing. I would love to integrate them with the SmartThings Hub and app, but SmartThings is transitioning from DTHs and Groovy to their new Edge architecture. I'm not a software engineer and unfortunately can't code.

Are you planning on updating this integration to work in the new SmartThings environment? I know that is a big ask, but I can't find anything else that would allow for this integration.
