Filter notifications of a certain app by text

I'm not sure how useful is this feature. It will also complicate the UI a lot (because this is a per app setting),

This should be set on either the chat with the bot on Telegram, or your system wide DND schedule.

Option to disable forwarding ongoing notifications by apps

We already filter out all ongoing notifications. What you saw is probably notifications associated with services (those notifications are also not dismissable as long as the service is running).
