Please help with changing coax hole diameter...

I am wanting to make some ufl/ipex antennas. My plan is to use a ufl to ufl cable, cut it in half. I want to reduce the diameter of the drill hole on the 2nd and 3rd pcb to the diameter of rg178 or rg316, but still leave the OD of the copper the same so that I can drill out for rg402. It appears I must adjust coax_3 and hole_sp2. Any help? TY
