SBUS_INVERTED on d4r-ii

Commenting SBUS_INVERTED in d4rii config.h doesn't appear to work. Sbus signal still coming from telemetry port and inverted so requires hardware inverter into Naze rev 5. I found that "make clean" does not operates properly. Please remove objects which already generated for your target board ( under obs/D4RII/* ) manually. If you have the same problem what I faced, you can obtain a new custom object after the "make".
