Improve deleting todos command

The delete for the todos allows one item to be deleted, but it is VERY easy to completely delete the todo list with this command. Aliases should be changed to make it much clearer which command to use.

Maybe include a confirmation when completely deleting a todo list?

It might have something to do with the aliases.

I will try moving around some line of code and assigning .deletetodos to the right function while .nuketodos will be executed if the user will .deletetodos all. I will be also reworking the separators by replacing the comma with pipe: , to |. I will rework the aliases after I eat pancit canton.
