Add possibility to create and remove offering overrides

This has been tried and tested with API request examples via RapidAPI and an ongoing working project. There are no specs added currently.

Hi @we5, thank you for your contribution and sorry for the huge delay on looking at it. Can you add some specs to the added methods? You can use this shared example to achieve that in a breeze.
