@simon-mo somehow the job is just hanging there waiting for scheduling. The tests failure is not related.

I'll monitor this tests for a while to make sure no issues.

I remember we have some orderings enforced in the code, otherwise, it'll throw some errors. We need to state that clearly so that the user will know what happened.
