README.md isn't up-to-date

Several minor issues:

• Copyright in License is still on '2022'.
• PHP version in System requirements is outdated, should be something like:

PHP 7.4 - 8.2. 
Servers with PHP 5.3 - 7.3 can use webtrees 1.7. 
Servers with PHP 7.1 - 7.4 can use webtrees 2.0. 

• Link to the help forum in Installation is dead (in last sentence "If you get stuck, you can get friendly help and advice from the help forum.")
• Cosmetic: Why mention a specific search engine explicitly in Note for Macintosh users? I suggest to replace this with Further details and recommendations for suitable tools can be found by searching the web.

I think that much of the README can/should be replaced with links to webtrees.net

I didn't write it, and I'm not sure I have ever read all of it ;-)
