Improve autocomplete of places

There are two different types of autocomplete for places.

1. where you must select an existing place, we use a library that will continue to scroll. So if there are more than 10 places that match the search, you can see them all.
2. where you can type any place, including one that does not exist. This uses a different library, which does not support scrolling.

I agree this sucks. I think (2) can be modified to use the same library as (1). Create a github issue and I'll fix it when I get time.
