Please add a way to automatically create an Unlinked Individual when approving a new user

Can you please add a way to add an unlinked individual to a selected family tree when we approve a new user? Something like this:

This will save us a lot of back-and-forth navigation when we add new users.

Please show a list of family trees so that an administrator can select into which one to create this new unlinked individual. Please also add the option to create a new family tree such as "JonDoesFamilyTree" and place this new unlinked individual in this new family tree.
