segmentation fault using U-net based model for nuclear segmentation

hello,

when running the nuclear segmentation with the U-net based model I run in this segmentation fault error: warnings.warn(/var/spool/slurmd/job8801841/slurm_script: line 23: 730247 Segmentation fault (core dumped) python3 01_fish_analysis.py $input I am not able to understand why the segmentation fault happens. Despite this error, the script runs from the beginning to the end successfully.

Do you have any suggestion?
