Fails to work with directories with foreign symbols

Really simple issue I think:

My name is Rafał (Ł is a polish letter), and jest runner cant open c:\Users\Rafał... When I move working folder just to c;\ it works fine. Jest runner parses Rafał as Rafa. Screenshot below.

To recreate just change a letter in working directory to Ł.
