Font Families are messed up

Thanks for the great platform. There is an issue in font families that I have seen and that is there are two resources for DefaultFontFamily and FixedFontFamily but not all controls use them. I had to go a long way to change font family of ModernMenu. Segoe UI is a great font... in English...

For people who might be wondering I ended up setting font family with a style on all textblocks and reset them in places I needed with another font.
