Search Bar Not Functioning Properly — Unable to Search

Description:

The search bar functionality on the website is currently not working. When a user tries to type any text into the search bar, it does not trigger any search results or response.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Visit the website.
2. Locate the search bar.
3. Type any text (e.g., "Javascript", "Typescript", "Angular") into the search bar.
4. Observe that no results are displayed and the search operation does not occur.

Expected Behavior:

Typing into the search bar should either fetch matching results dynamically or trigger a search action (e.g., display results, suggestions, or appropriate message if no match found).

Actual Behavior:

Typing into the search bar does not trigger any action or display any results.
