[BUG] Improve Projects' languages div

🐞 Problem [BUG] the language text in the boxes does not look visually appealing. the padding is not set right. the texts are also smaller on both medium and large screens making it difficult to see.

This change improves the visual design of the website making it look modern

💡 Possible solutions Changing the padding of the boxes to make it visual appealing. Adding media for text to change for medium and or large screens. This also improves the design of the Projects cards.
