- Get the correct Slack Workspace Hyperlink
- Modify README.md at line no 2 and 205 with updated hyperlink
- Submit a pull request and add this in comments -

@Roshanjossey , realized after raising the bug that there was already an issue raised for same "Solution to slack icon not working #85615", but it seems the solutions are not merged in README.md. Let me know if this issue needs to be marked as duplicate and closed.

Yup, the slack workspace link needs to be changed but if you will see #85615 there's some discussion on slack not being used and a note was added in the README.md for same, but the solution is not yet merged. Even i don't have access to slack.
